Work has wrapped up on a small interior renovation of this home which was originally built in 1987 and ready for a refresh. We were able to combine the two existing bathrooms into one spacious master ensuite with a soaker tub, separate shower an a vanity with double sinks. A new 3-piece guest bathroom was created out of wasted space over a stair to the basement combined with a small coset/home office. The kitchen and eating area were gutted and refreshed with new cabinets an appliances. We even had enough room for an island, home office and sitting area. Finishes were updated throughout the main floor and hardwoods were installed through the living room and kitchen. Tile with underfloor heat were provided in the two new bathrooms and front entry. A new, more efficient gas fireplace insert replaced the old, which allowed us to eliminate the electric baseboard heating registers in the living spaces, thus allowing better furniture placement and drapes that reach the floors. Simon LeMare, the general contractor, and his crew did a great job and were instrumental in a smooth renovation that the owner is very pleased with.
